After the introduction of our new design system for line details, it quickly became apparent that the existing analytics fell short in fostering the desired user engagement and facilitating a seamless exploration of line details in PWA.

I led the design of our analytics data visualization system, which includes an extensive charting library with both standard and unique visualizations. This system boasts a robust charting library with both standard and unique visualizations, built on a modular framework for easy application across platforms like react native and web app.

Considering various scenarios, including users with more than three lines or none at all, we employ colors and pop-ups to convey line details effectively. Additionally, a user-friendly filter feature enhances line management within the chart. These thoughtful features empower our customers to configure insights, meeting their specific needs and elevating their experience.
